Scraping at the Black Moss

I've been reading a lot, of late, which has disrupted the idea - creativity process. I've also not been in a mood conducive to such things.
*As most sentences invariably lead in this direction, I now present the 'however' addendum.
However, the cogs have begun to shift-albeit wearily-and I'm hopeful that soon, a random sperm of questionable scrawl will penetrate the reinforced walls of the tumbleweed-ridden desolation within. It is just a hope and an ideal, at this point, but hope springs eternal, as Morgan Freeman can attest to.
I did have a brief synaptic spasm earlier today, which I'll post here hesitantly, and with little hope of it being worthy.
It was probably just a twitch.
